Who are we?
Comprised of active and semi-active streamers, the team here at Grey Matter is made up of people passionate about content creation.
What is our mission?
Here at Grey Matter our goal is to become a one-stop shop for creators of all types, with the aim of offering services ranging from management to merch production.
Where does the magic happen?
All operations here at Grey Matter are based out of the United States. What this means for customers living in the United States, is that they can expect order fulfillment in 30 days or less.

Here at Grey Matter we pride ourselves on having rates that are highly competitive within the entire industry. We encourage creators to work with competitors if they can find a better deal.
How did we get here?
Grey Matter Entertainment was founded in 2022 by Skylar Grey with the purpose of being a small scale indie game developer with a focus on creating Visual Novels. Throughout 2023 the company focus began to shift after noticing the difficulties smaller creators faced when attempting to connect with their communities through merchandise. In 2024 the scope of operations expanded with a new mission in mind, making merch accessible to communities of all sizes.

Why isn’t the Creator I’m looking for in the Talents tab?
Good question, the creators featured on the Talents tab are creators that we either work with on projects outside of just merch, manage directly, or are a member of the company.
I’m having trouble finding your ToS, can you tell me where it is?
It’s currently located in the footer of the store page. We understand it might be tough to find so in an effort to make it easier we have added a link to it here TERMS OF SERVICE
When can I expect my order?
We strive to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but truthfully speaking our team isn’t very large and delays may occur due to things out of our control. That being said, once an order has been paid for and checked for fraud, it will be processed, manufactured and shipped within the next 30 days.
Why does my order have extra items?
We understand that accidents happen. That’s how some of us got here, us adding extra items to your order isn’t one of them. Sometimes during the manufacturing process a product just doesn’t give us that warm and fuzzy feeling and we decide to remake the items. We could throw them away but that would just be wasteful, so instead we pack them up and give them to you, cause who doesn’t like free things :).
